Qualification

1. Bachelor’s or Master degree in Social Science / History / Geography / Political Science or a relevant subject.
2. B.Ed. from a recognized institution is required.
3. Relevant teaching experience at the TGT level is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons for middle and secondary classes.
2. Teach subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.
3. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and projects.
4. Assess students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
6. Encourage critical thinking, discussions, presentations, and practical learning.
7. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
8. Participate in school events, meetings, examinations, and other academic activities.

Key Skills

1. Strong command of Social Science concepts and subject knowledge.
2. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
3. Ability to make lessons interactive and student-friendly.
